There are approximately 330 million Americans, give or take. Over 50%, and you know it’s way more, have been affected by the economy. So much so that they have little to no ability to pay their mortgages, car loans, electric bills, credit cards, health insurance, put food on the table. They are unable to put money away for retirement, or retire early? Vacations are a thing of the past. Is the American dream over, or has it just begun?

Here is what I find to be extremely worrisome. People are sliding day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month and year-by-year, into a state of no return. Yet they are looking at every possibility to where they can save money or make more money. Both are not so easy in an economy that has zero job growth and the jobs people do have are paying less, no benefits and the cost of living continues to go rise. So what do you do?

If your credit scores have dropped, (and almost everyone’s has) everything you do costs you more. Home loans costs more, refinancing will cost you more, if you even can because your credit is too low. Credit cards you do have, the interest rates will go up if they haven’t already. Many have had them shut off by the credit card company or the spending availability reduced. I do not need to expand upon this. Read between the lines. You need more money, so if you cannot create it the obvious solution is to increase your credit score so you are able to lower your rates on home loans, refinancing, credit cards, health insurance, car loans and the list goes on.

Having a higher credit score can save you hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year. So why don’t people do it? My concern is that people choose to do nothing. Many are under the impression that because of what is on their credit report cannot be reversed. Some are thinking the costs are too high and won’t higher a company to get there credit score healthy. Others are embarrassed of their situation and therefore do not want to divulge their problems. Until you acknowledge you have a problem and are willing to fix it, then you will continue to spiral our of control.

So let me just tell you, stop being scared. Stop living below your means and start to get on a path to get your life back. Acknowledge you have a problem and allow www.ExcelYourCreditScore.com to help you. It costs you nothing to speak with a consultant but it costs you your life to sit and do nothing.

I hope you are getting excited about the benefits of our system and our ability to help you reach a higher credit score to save money and have a better life.

Let’s look at the millions of people who have purchased a home during the housing boom. Many people got into bad loans with variable interest rates. When they bought the home the rate was very affordable but then the rate jumped significantly. Many Americans were looking at how quickly the properties were appreciating and therefore would simply refinance to a lower rate because there would be so much equity in the property they would not only get a better rate but maybe even pull out some equity.

Unfortunately for many, that came to a screeching halt when the housing boom went bust. Millions of people not only were unable to refinance but millions lost their home to foreclosure. And because of the poor economy many lost their jobs and were unable to pay the mortgage or the increase in the variable interest rate and just had to walk away. Others because of these circumstances were unable to refinance and obtain lower more affordable interest rates. These are all scenarios we have encountered and have helped these people get their credit back and get their life back.

So whether you are trying to buy a new home, or refinance your current home to a better interest rate, your credit scores determine your ability to obtain financing as well as your interest rate.

As you had obviously seen from the first tip on saving money with higher credit, you can only imagine all the other ways that can save you a tremendous amount of money by improving your credit.

Are you in the market for buying a car? Maybe not today, but eventually we all have to get a car. Again, your credit scores determine the interest rates you are able to get. Poor credit high rates…Good credit low rates.

Let’s assume you are buying a $25,000 automobile and the term is for 72 months. Good credit will enable you to receive a lower interest rate of let’s say 2.99% costing you $379.73 per month. A poor credit score will get you a much higher interest rate of 11% costing you $475.85 per month. A person with good credit will pay $96.12 per month less and $1,153.44 a year less with a total savings in 72 months of $6,920.64.
Would having a higher credit score help your life? Here is how it works.

Saving money in any economy is imperative to having a better future. Saving money in a bad economy is imperative to survival. Saving money allows you to do other things such as going on more vacations, buying a new car, sending your children to a college of choice, planning for retirement and simply having a better life.

Most people are unaware of the cost of bad credit. And over 90% of people have no idea that there are things being reported incorrectly on their credit report which can cause them thousands of dollars a year. Makes no difference your situation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, liens, late payments and more…we can help you to establish and reestablish your credit.

When applying for a credit card, your credit scores determine the interest rate and terms of that card. Poor credit will either cause you to be denied or having higher interest rates, which is throwing money out the door.

Just assume you have a credit card with a $5,000.00 balance. A person with a good healthy credit score will be more likely to get a lower rate of let’s say 5.99%, costing them approximately $74.58 per month, taking 242 months to pay off and paying only $2,181.21 in interest. A person with poor credit will receive a higher rate of let’s say 27%, paying approximately $162.50 per month, taking 291 months to pay off and paying a whopping $10,544.43 in interest.

Have you done the math? This is a $8,363.22 difference and if you had a higher credit score could use this for more important things. Simply improving your credit scores can save you a tremendous amount of money with just credit cards.

Here is why 95% of our customers see a huge increase in their credit in the first 30-45 days in our program. http://excelyourcreditscore.com/movies/SV/ScoreValidator.html

Have you ever been denied a credit card, a home loan or unable to buy a car because of your credit score? Are you paying way to high of an interest rate on your credit cards, your existing home loan or your car loan because your credit scores are to low? Are you unable to go on vacations or set money aside for retirement? Have you ever even considered the fact that your credit scores could be costing you thousands of dollars a year? Or are you someone who assumes your credit scores cannot improve because you had a bankruptcy, foreclosure, late payments on bills or loans, or maybe have a charge off or even a lien or judgment against you? Are you aware of the fact that over 79% of all credit reports have errors of some kind due to no fault of your own and could be costing your credit scores to be very low?

Here is something you need to know. Your credit scores dictate almost everything you do. Your credit scores can determine the amount of money you either save or throw away every day, every week, every month and every year.

Millions of Americans have been forced to change their lifestyle due to the current economy that has plagued the United States the past 4-years. What you may not know is that there is a way to determine how many points you are able to recover and then by knowing this, www.ExcelYourCreditScore.com can show you exactly what needs to be done in order to get those valuable points back. Why is this important you ask? Simple…by getting those points back it will give you the ability to stop paying such high interest rates thereby saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year. Could you benefit by having that money in your pocket instead of your creditors pockets?

Here is a simple way to determine how many points you can recover and your results will be sent to you in just 1-minute. http://excelyourcreditscore.com/evaluation/accounts

Do you have any idea why your credit score may be the most important number in your life? It’s because almost everything you do revolves around your credit score. If you want to refinance your home, buy a home, car, open a credit card, get better interest rates on credit cards, obtain health insurance, car insurance, and homeowners insurance, it all is based on your credit score. Over half of all companies today do a credit check on you before hiring. So basically, your credit score is how people judge you. You Are Your Credit Score.

The problem is that people have no idea what is really affecting their credit score. They read articles online or get information from unreliable sources. One HUGE mistake people make is hiring a credit repair company that works on only with negative items. Just because negative items get removed does not mean your credit score will go up. As a matter of fact, often times your credit score will go down. Why, because the credit bureaus look at the most recent transactions. If you remove for example a charge off (a bill you have not paid and went to a collection agency) that is old, it gets reported to the bureaus and now becomes a current transaction. Even though you may have paid it off, it’s showing as current and will almost always drop your credit score. So here is your BIG tip. Positive credit or the lack of positive credit, has as much if not more of an impact on a persons credit score than negative credit. Yet a credit repair company only works with negative credit. We work with BOTH positive and negative credit.

www.ExcelYourCreditScore.com is not a credit repair company. We are a credit management company using today’s innovative technology to determine exactly what is affecting your credit score the most and which line items to go after first in order to effectively and efficiently improve your credit score in the fastest time possible. Our one of a kind point deduction technology system analyzes every trade line and determines how many points can be recovered with all three credit bureaus and with every trade line. Then, because we are a technology based company, we have the statistical calculations of the creditors that report back more favorably for account verification so we know exactly which line items to go after first in order to get you fast results. Even better, we post a recommendation on every trade-line and you have the ability to login 24/7 to view the recommendations and the amount of points you’re able to recover, but we do the work for you. The purpose of posting the recommendation is for you to better understand what we did so you never run into that situation again and if you do, you know what we did before to resolve the issue.

So what we have added to help you get a better grasp on your situation, we have created an easy to use credit evaluation that will allow you to enter your data and within a minute you will receive the results of how many points you are able to recover. Yes, it’s true, and we offer this to you at no charge. This can significantly help you. Not only can you improve your credit, you now have the ability to change your life and even better, save money. Yes, your credit score is one major factor on the amount of money you could save a year. So this new feature we have added can really change your life. Take our credit evaluation now and see how many points you can recover…this can change your life forever. http://www.excelyourcreditscore.com/evaluation/accounts

Now we’ve covered examples of both ineffective and effective goals. It’s time for you to write down some of your own goals. You may have had these things in your head for a long time but never bothered to write them down before. Remember to include the three components of an effective goal we covered earlier in this segment. Also, I’ve listed some additional tips below to use when writing powerful and achievable goals for you:

Shoot beyond the moon and stars! Most people only set goals they are sure they can achieve. Challenge your self to be daring and make your goals big as well as worthwhile.

Plan to achieve your goals far enough ahead. A good goal should be doable within 2-5 years from the date you make it. You should give yourself enough time to plan backwards and set incremental tasks along the way that will enable you to achieve your goals.

Read your goals daily. Don’t just write them down and put them away somewhere. They should be posted where they can remind you daily of the sweet reward you are striving for!

So let’s put what we have just learned to use! The next two pages contain blanks that will allow you to write down five personal and five professional goals. Try to keep any goals concerning money on your professional goal list. Try to keep your personal goals completely focused on you and your own self-growth and well being. There is one last thing.

Now, I want to show you some examples of more effective goals. Notice right away (even the fact they are spelled out on paper) that they contain the three key components of all effective goals. Do you see how much more effective these goals would be for the person who writes them?

‘It is July, 2009. I am on the first day of a cruise to Bermuda with my husband. I can see dolphins jumping along side the ship and I squeeze my husband’s hand in excitement as I direct his attention to them. A warm breeze is blowing in the air and I brush my hair out of my eyes and breathe in the salty aroma.

‘It is October, 2010. I am standing in the living room of the dream home I’ve always wanted in on Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire. The rough hewn log cabin walls perfectly match the rustic, lodge style décor that fills the room. I look around at the framed photos of my family, and even a great shot taken on our vacation to the Grand Canyon earlier this year. I look out the enormous cathedral window that covers an entire wall and see nothing but the beautiful blue lake surrounded by trees in their spectacular fall colors of yellow, orange, and blazing red.

‘It is January, 2012. I am the CEO of my own computer software business. I work four hours each day, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, and spend the rest of my time with my toddler, strolling in the park, or reading her fairytales at the library. I earn $8,000 each month between video consultation fees and royalties and am financially independent.’

‘It is May, 2010. After taking a course on profiting from foreclosures, I now own a 40-unit apartment building across town that earns me $6,000 each month in positive revenue, above and beyond the bills it generates. It allows me to provide the most quality yet affordable housing in my town and I have many more applicants than apartments!

Do you see the powerful difference between the goals just listed and the first set of goals mentioned? Let me quickly review some of the key differences in the two sets. First, the proper goals were extremely specific. You could actually picture in your mind being with the author at the point of achievement, couldn’t you? That is a powerful accomplishment in its self! Second, the proper goals are all dated in the future, and written in present tense. Writing them this way creates the feeling that they have already occurred. They put their authors into the satisfying mindset of having already achieved their goals. Third, proper goals are written down. Don’t underestimate the importance of this last component!

*Note: All of these proper goals are written in positive terms. For example, a goal to ‘become a non-smoker’ is more effective than a goal to ‘quit smoking’ because the word ‘quit’ conveys a subtle yet negative quality to the goal.

The best way to teach you how to prepare proper goals for yourself is to show you examples of goals that are both ineffective and that don’t have the components we just reviewed. You will typically come across goals such as these because their authors don’t know how to write proper, effective goals. While it’s better to have any goal then no goals at all, there is no doubt that the examples below have a lot of room for improvement. At first glance, they may seem acceptable, but they are all missing key components. Can you identify what is missing in each goal?

‘I’m going to get rich quick.’

‘My goal is to exercise.’

‘I want a better job.’

‘I want to get married.’

‘I hope to be able to afford a nice vacation.’

‘I want to buy a new house.’

‘My goal is to be wealthy.’

‘I’m going to quit smoking.’

And, every unwritten goal!!

Have you noticed the pattern? Stating a goal like ‘I’m going to get rich quick’ is not specific enough. This statement keeps the goal foggy because you haven’t explained within the goal what ‘getting rich quick’ really means! In addition, the goals above speak of the future. They are not written as if they exist right now!
